About The Resilient Brain Project

Everyone deserves access to empowering, research-based mental healthcare resources. Unfortunately, for many people, that access is barred by cost, location, stigma, ability, and more.

The Resilient Brain Project (RBP) was founded to break down the barriers that stand between us and our healthiest selves. By creating a completely free resource library that is accessible anytime, anywhere, we hope to provide you with the tools you need to discover your own resilience.

Our library is constantly expanding. If you have any questions or don’t see the tools you’re looking for, please contact us at info@resilientbrainproject.com and we’ll get to work providing you with the resources you need.

Thank you for joining our community. We’re glad to have you here.

The human brain is both brilliant and resilient. Not only does it control the way we think, feel, and react to daily life, but it is also capable of undergoing major change. By working with the brain, we can change our experience to improve our personal, professional, and relational lives. Our goal is to empower you to do exactly that.
